All in the details:
Oversee a bold group of creators and manage their brand partnerships
Managing logistics with the many moving parts of campaigns and talent schedules
Negotiate campaign deals and communicate daily with talent, brands, and agencies
Build strong relationships with talent, along with brand and agency partners
Provide guidance and creative recommendations to talent
Stay up-to-date on the latest updates and trends across social media

3+ years of work experience in creator marketing, brand, or ad agency
Loves interacting with talent and understands the creative industry
Strong EQ and chameleon communicator
‘Attention to Detail’ should have been your middle name
A streamlined process makes you smile
Reliable, responsible, good human being
Doesn’t sweat the small stuff, unless in a workout class
Delivering ahead of schedule = delivering on time = responsive queen
Positive and excited about working in creator marketing
Never uses the word “unfortunately” - there is always a way to find a solution ;)
Self-motivated while working remotely in a collaborative, team environment
Must live in, and be able to legally work, in the United States
Must be able to work fully remote with reliable internet
Access to a major airport
